How do I order a Commission?

Simply fill out the commission form below and I will be in touch within 48 hours to confirm your order (please check your Junk/Spam folders). I will provide all the required information (required photos etc) in your confirmation email.

How long until I receive my commission?

Generally 1-2 weeks, depending on how many commissions I have on the go. If you require it faster, I can generally accommodate this - just let me know.

What is the cost?

I have three different size options to choose from - envelope photo frames, A4 and A3. In the A4 and A3 size you can choose unframed, framed mountboard or framed (choice of black, white or oak). These prices include postage Australia wide. The unframed and framed mountboard options come with backing board to keep the commission art secure and sturdy.​​

What is my commission drawn on?

Your commission artwork comes on 250gsm premium bristol drawing paper and 250gsm watercolour paper.

What do I need to provide?

The address of the commission and any photos you have of the property (once you have received the confirmation email we will organise the emailing of photos). I also work from Google maps and real estate photos (as long as they are available) and quite often this is all I need. Once the address is provided, I will let you know if I require any further photos.

Can the client's name or the address of the property be added?

Yes, you can add the address of the property, the client's name(s), a date, whatever text you like. Add whatever text you would like in the provided space on the order form below.

Can I order multiples - for example a display home design that will have numerous property sales?

Yes, you can and you will receive a 10% discount on orders of five and over copies.

 

What is the process?

Once your order has been placed, I will be in contact to discuss the process with you.

A 50% deposit is required to secure your order. Once I have received your reference photos, I will create an initial sketch and send it to you for approval. This is the best stage to request any changes or additions.

Once the sketch has been approved, the image will be drawn in ink onto the chosen paper. When the artwork is complete, I will send you a final photograph for approval. At this stage, the remaining 50% balance is due.

The finished artwork will then be framed (if you have selected this option), carefully packaged and shipped to you.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are included in the cost. Standard shipping is with Australia Post, is fully insured and tracked. If you require Express post, this can be organised for a small extra cost.
